What a delightful retreat we found at Thistle Cottage in the picturesque village of Garve! Set in a secluded woodland, this Victorian cottage has been tastefully renovated with all modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. the spacious bedrooms and cosy living room with a wood-burning stove made for warm and relaxing evenings. Safety features were top-notch, including carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers for peace of mind. the nearby natural beauty of Loch Achilty and Blackmuir Wood provided plenty of opportunities for scenic walks. We enjoyed the convenience of free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden to soak up the sunshine. Our dog loved exploring the fenced garden and surrounding area. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. Overall, Thistle Cottage at Crannach Cottages was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
